I remember suffering from migraine 2 years ago and know how it spoils life. When I would hang out on weekends all of a sudden it would pain and my entire mood would get spoiled! It feels so bad to take medicines and then keep a track about their stock at home. In addition, carrying them everywhere is a pain! Autogenic rest and meditation are great solutions and worked for me at least!
