Health is the only thing which can give you support in any stage of your life only because you feel so energetic and young with it. There are lots of people are still not aware about their health so this is really a serious problem. WE should try to maintain our health.

Good Example provided regarding osteoarthritis pain.I go for herbal medicines for myself too in case if it does not bring any kind of side effects.
Holistic Health Care is very more safer than any kind of other alternatives. really nice piece of article.

I think that the pharmaceutical companies are behind most of these reforms since they are making money by selling all the medicine. That is why holistic health care is not getting recognized as quickly as it should.You said “The conventional Western approach to medicine seeks to identify the symptoms of your disease and apply medications which will suppress those symptoms.” and that is exactly the point. The western approach is always treating the symptoms. That is what I always try to tell my friends and family. Look to the causes first and treat that. In the case of osteoarthritis, one should start taking holistic measures early on in life as a preventative measure, rather than letting western medicine “handle” the situation. All the while you, the patient, will be forking out loads of money. Sorry for the rant, but this article hits home and I just wanted to add my opinion!
